Heavy

Sometimes I like to spend time sitting in my room staring while listening to a really good album on the loud. Today it's Trap Them's Seizures. If you haven't tried it, you're missing out. You have to be able to feel all the low frequencies.

I have been spending a good portion of my free time at the shop. I really like it there. Best job I've ever had. I work with amazing individuals and get to experience a side of cycling that most do not. I like to hang out after hours with Ryan and listening to Luciano pretending we are 67 year old mechanics in Italia working on Merckx's bike. Haha. I just made that fantasy up, but it's pretty close.

The Paris-Roubaix just happened and I missed it again. Maybe the first time I get to watch it live will be in person in France next spring. I have fantasies of being in the race too. But as Molly pointed out, there's little to romanticize about pro Euro racing. Drugs and Lies. Hah. Whatever. I'm in love with Italia. I'm sure I'll fall in love with France whenever I get there.

Gonna get warm very soon again. It's probably coming from Miami with Phil. I hope I can focus. Short shorts are gonna get some.

If anyone doesn't know whats going on in Thailand and you are friends with Luke you should check it out. Though like in every case do not believe the fucking media. Things are not under control and things very well may get out of control. There is a holiday that is going on that everyone left the city for. We will see how "in control" the military is after the holiday is over. Luke is ok though. I talked to him for a while last night. He's still stoked on life and Thailand. As he should be.
